Santa Barbara Zoo

Grades K - 6th (there will be 2 groups)

Thursdays 1:30 - 3:30pm, Classroom 1 (tbd)

$165 for 11 weeks

Calling all future conservationists! Does your child enjoy hands-on learning around animal-related topics? What about exploring real pelts, feathers, bones and other bio facts?! This session all about Plovers and what the local conservation efforts the Zoo and its Pals are undertaking to protect and rehabilitate these local birds. This Session will explore the rich biodiversity of the California coastline and the amazing In-situ work the Zoo’s Conservation biologists do.

This program is geared toward K– 6th grade students and runs for 11 weeks.
