The Hope Elementary School Parent and Teacher Association is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 foundation based in Santa Barbara, California. We are also a group of parents and educators who believe in advocating for every child.

Our mission is to foster family engagement and provide enriching opportunities such as art, music and PE, for our students.
