November 'Third Thursday' Cooking Night!

Join our very own  Chef Chin Yoshimi, chef and owner of Brasil Arts Cafe, and cook "Monqueca" for and with the whole family! Chef Chin will be teaching us how to make Moqueca, a Brazilian fish stew. The cost for the meal kit is *$10 and it includes 4 tilapia filets, coconut milk, peppers, onions and secret Brazilian ingredients.  The soup is intended to be the main dish and Chef Chin recommends that families serve the soup with rice and a salad.

*Prep time is approximately 30 minutes.

The meal kits will be ready for pick up on Wednesday afternoon at Hope School.
